This lovely mare is super special to us.  We purchased her sire, Chex Nu Jewel,  in 2005. "Vanilla" is from the second foal crop we had from him.  We looked far and wide for some good King Fritz mares to cross on Chex Nu Jewel (see stallion page).  We were lucky enough to find two daughters of Fritz Command.  "Vanilla" is out of one of those mares.  We sold her as a weanling to California.  When she was a yearling, she injured her shoulder on a stall door latch.  She was broke but was never sound enough to show.  We purchased her back in 2017 and we are sure glad we did!

 

This mare is one of the kindest mares walking this earth.  She is keen headed, good legged and just has that West Coast look we love so much.     

 

Her sire, Chex Nu Jewel  (see stallion page) is an AQHA Superior reiner with points in 6 events. He is a PHBA Res. World Champion Cowhorse and has sired multiple NRHA money earners, futurity champions, AQHA ROM earners, stock/ranch horse champions, rope horses, cowhorses, barrel horses etc.  TRUE ALL AROUND HORSES.

Her dam, MS Blondie Chex (see gallery below), was an awesome saddle horse and didn't have her first foal until the age of 17.  She is sired by AQHA Champion, Fritz Command.
